The Story is fabricated with 12-gauge material, surpassing industry standards. The 2" thick doors feature a steel threshold, bullet hinges with grease fittings welded on the frame, and tabs with pre-drilled holes welded on the jamb for easy installation. 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass design provides dual sealing to reduce heat and air leakage for an energy-efficient product. Furthermore, we incorporate Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping into each frame, minimizing thermal transfer between hot and cold climates. Additionally, a door sweep is included and mounted at the bottom of your door, to block sound, light, drafts, insect, moisture, smoke, and fire infiltration.
