This Piano is crafted with 12 gauge material, surpassing industry standards. Its door is 2" thick, includes a steel threshold, and features bullet hinges with grease fittings welded onto the frame. Tabs with pre-drilled holes are welded onto the jamb, making installation simpler. Our 5/8" tempered dual pane operable glass designs incorporate dual seals to reduce heat and air leakage and enhance energy efficiency. Our Piano Thermally Broken - Single Flat window frames include Polyurethane dual foam weather stripping, which reduces the transfer of hot and cold temperatures. Additionally, a door sweep is installed at the bottom to block out sound, light, drafts, insects, moisture, smoke, and fire.
